Hi, I’m the counselor and the heart behind Sacred Rose Therapy. I show up as someone who’s gentle but honest, intuitive but grounded. I believe therapy isn’t about being told what to do; it’s about discovering and honoring who you are and what you know. I see healing as sacred work, while sometimes difficult, always meaningful.
If you're looking for a counselor who can hold sacred space and offer clarity when it’s needed, you're in the right place!
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in deep respect for your inner knowing. I won’t tell you what to do or who to be. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you as you uncover those answers for yourself because I believe no one knows your truth better than you.
I use an eclectic, holistic approach rooted in:
I believe that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Like the sacred rose - thorned, blooming, and ever-evolving - your growth may not always be linear, but it is always worthy.
I’m especially passionate about working with those exploring self-worth, identity, and meaning. My practice is affirming of neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and spiritually curious clients, and I honor the full spectrum of human experience, including the harm some carry from religious spaces. While I’m trauma-informed, Sacred Rose Therapy is a place for those who are ready to go deep but don’t want to be defined by their trauma.
My work is grounded in supporting people who are:
I’m trauma-informed, spiritually open, and committed to meeting you exactly where you are without judgment, pressure, or expectations.
